Dear @Discovery_SA @Vitality_SA Please, may you kindly consider offering running crop tops for females. 🙏🏼The vests are fine, however at some races (especially PTA & the heat) crop tops are needed. Thank you cc @dineshgovender

Dear @Vitality_SA Yesterday around midday I booked and confirmed return flights only to find out that these were cancelled 5 hours later. I had to rebook & paid R2K more. I received no comms from @Vitality_SA about the reasons why there was card reversal. Cc @dineshgovender

Marathon prep would make a terrible sports drink commercial Nothing flashy about this sport A lot of jogging & low intensity work requires commitment time discipline patience The “cool” thing about a fast marathon time is it can’t be faked. No shortcuts in distance running✅

@kgosi_maepa @Lesufi Why not scrap everyone’s debt?🤭 The top 10 defaulting municipalities owed Eskom R24bn in arrear debt which is 68% of total arrear municipal debt of R35.3bn including interest. Total invoiced Soweto debt to Eskom ⬇️ to R7.5bn (only R536m was deemed collectable) from R12.8bn.
