Looks like the @USPS test ordering portal is either glitching, or doesn't differentiate between different units in apartment/condo buildings. Just got this error message 😖special.usps.com/testkits
@USPS I tried reentering my address several different ways: putting my unit # on a separate line and on the same one as my street number, and as "1," "#1" and "Apt 1" - no luck!
@nataliesurely @USPS Yep! Same for my big apt building in Brooklyn.
@nataliesurely @USPS There’s no glitch. It accepted my unit #, as long as you put it in the box provided. Looks like some one else has entered your address already. I tried to order for my busy daughter, being unaware she already did. I got the same screen. The system is working just fine.
@nataliesurely @USPS Hasn’t the Postmaster General already solved this problem for mail? 🤯 How we so bad at execution?
@nataliesurely @USPS I do volunteer work in my communtiy and ordered tests for 20 different seniors yesterday. No problems with any of the addresses and it took about a minute to order each one.
@nataliesurely @USPS So in other words, they are not even taking account people who live in apartment buildings. Absolutely amazing.
@nataliesurely @USPS Single family home here, same error message.
