@ODEONHelp @ODEONCinemas what happens outside of these hours though? e.g. reservation for 19:30 want to cancel at 18:30 unable to do it on the app unable to contact guest services as closed? With limitless I'd get penalised but no way of cancelling? 🤔

@transportforwm submitting an enquiry doesn't work - I have just had to go in a bus lane in heath town wolvo due to a car accident and am hopeful I won't receive a fine for having to do this! Your online system won't work to query this...

@TUIUK please can someone from TUI phone and speak to me! I thought I could speak to someone today and it was a scammer and being told by the TUI shop that it is my responsibility to have told the US Embassy I was repatriated back from a cruise TUI holiday! I mean really!!
