It is more than a year now our special students can not come to campus. But SSS has been paying staff salaries all through this period. It is a very tough time for families of these special kids. In few instances our student has lost one parent to covide19.

Now special educators of sandnya.org are making videos for on line support to families of our special students. Matter and quality is far better. Hope this helps special children and their families. Keep it up.

sandnya.org trying to provide online lessons to parents of our mentally challenged students. Not all students can be benefited. Severely and profoundly challenged are the real sufferers, can not go out, remaining in home all time must be difficult.

Snehaanchal.org is going through tough time during this covid19 pandemic. Currently IPD is closed, we are only running OPD. Cancer patients are not getting palliative services, normal medical services for them are also not easily available.

From today i.e. 5th August SMMI sisters stopped providing 24x7 nursing services to Snehaanchal, hospice. This is after 14 years of dedicated service for the terminally ill cancer patients. A big challenge for us to manage things in their absence.

Even during during these endemic time, we snehaanchal.org providing end of life care to terminally ill cancer patients at Nagpur and surrounding townships. We provide home care services as well, all services are free of cost and purely charitable services.

Sandnya website has a donate button on home page. A donor can choose for one time donation or monthly amount of small donation also. We appeal our supporters to donate small amounts on monthly basis. our website is Sandnya.org

At Sandnya we are trying to find online options through parent training and counselling. Difficult for our special students to understand physical distancing and use of mask. off course border line cases can be trained to some extent.

Since last week of March activities at Sandnya are closed for indefinite time. Do not know when will it resume. Parents of special children are stressed. Most of our students will forget whatever they learned because the break is too long.

The special wheel chair accessible bus is on road with our students with multiple disabilities. parents are happy that their wards can now commute to special school with long waited dignified solution. Thanks to @MahindraTrukAndBus
