Yuta sharing tentang ranking beauty routines yang paling dia syukuri karena udah dilakuin #intinyadeh 3. Face mask pagi & malam Yuta mulai rutin pake face mask pagi dan malam sekitar 2–3 bulan lalu. Katanya, kebanyakan orang biasanya cuma pake face mask di malam hari atau pas ada special occasion aja. Padahal kalo dipakai pagi dan malam, terus dilanjutin sama serum, penyerapan produknya bisa lebih maksimal. Selain itu, ini juga membantu menjaga kelembapan kulit supaya ga gampang kering sepanjang hari. Especially buat yang punya kulit sensitif, oily skin, atau skin barrier yang cenderung lemah. Yuta bener-bener rekomendasiin buat cobain routine ini 👍👍 2. Stretching & exercise Lately, yuta rutin push-up dan pake ab roller setiap hari, pagi dan malam. Dia juga doing yoga! Menurutnya, ada perbedaan yang lumayan signifikan antara rajin olahraga dan ga olahraga sama sekali. So, consistency is the key wkwk 1. Minum air putih, potassium, & face pointer Kalo kalian pengen hasil yang lebih cepat kelihatan, yuta merekomendasikan minum air putih yang cukup, konsumsi potassium, dan pake face pointer. Soalnya dua tips sebelumnya lebih ke long term care, sedangkan yang ini bisa bantu mengatasi wajah yang keliatan bengkak atau puffy TAPI, yuta bilang kalau sebenarnya kita udah cukup cantik apa adanya 🙈 You’re beautiful enough just the way you are desu ~
