The proposals to close ticket offices will lock Disabled people out of the rail network - and even the consultation is locking us out of voicing our opposition. This is appalling...
🚨UPDATE: Great Western Railway confirms there is no BSL (British Sign Language) or EasyRead version of the consultation documents available. How are disabled people supposed to respond meaningfully to a consultation if we can't access the details of what's being proposed?
