Many companies perform a background check on the Internet before hiring an employee.
Companies have blocked social media in their office; addicted employees can distract themselves on such sites, instead of focusing on work.
If you are a victim of cyber bullying, do not take it lying down, but try to take appropriate legal action against the attacker.
If you are not careful, unscrupulous people can target you for cyber bullying and harassment on social sites.
Social media can be great but it can also be very negative
People that use Facebook on their mobile devices are twice more active on Facebook than non-mobile users.
Some critics argue that texting and other digital communication behavior potentially diminish key social skills like effective listening.
