Gampangnya, tidak semua dosen harus jadi komunikator publik. Ada yang fokusnya ke meneliti, ada yang jadi public speaker, ada yang fokus mengajar, ada juga yang administratif. Dampak dari pekerjaan mereka beda-beda. Tapi kalau gaji tetap kecil, tuntutan selangit? Ya susah.
