Ill clarify, if TR did do this — and there is no mention in the TR press — the most likely outcome would be to close it, but any Russian Black Sea fleet vessel (assuming this includes the Med TF) could return to the Black Sea. So it really doesnt mean much.

Turkey has not closed the straits. Zelensky seems to be thanking Turkey for its support until now and stressing the importance of closing the straits--or wishful thinking. If this would happen it would seen by Russia as an act of aggression, thus highly unlikely at this stage.
