Platano mailsever was restored and back online last night around 11pm GMT. Mail services have been running as usual since. Again, thank you to our customers for the patience and understanding shown. We appreciate it!
Catastrophic hardware failure on two disks has resulted in the Platano mailserver remaining offline whilst new disks are inserted and backups are restored. This will take some time - several hours. Thank you for your patience, service will be restored asap.
Platano mailserver is currently down. We are in contact with the datacentre. More news to follow as we have it. Apologies to our clients for the downtime.
