@PTChimusoro Depression, bipolar and other mental health conditions are often brushed off in zim or is it africa something to talk abt some other time. Maybe we need more professionals to talk to be it therapists, psychologists or priets etc .

Had a chat with my friend, I trust her. She says Zim has a 0.24% budget on mental health and there are only 20 registered psychologists in a country with about 14million people. And we have more people dying from mental health related issues than anything else. We need better.
