Also currently in a situationship with a guy who has a million close girl friends, so this is not helping my mental and emotional state at all. I genuinely don’t know what to do with myself.

There is a constant war going on inside of me and because I suppress absolutely everything I have been slowly killing myself. I completely breakdown every few weeks and it’s so hard not to actually end my life. I can’t reach out to people due of this habit of keeping it all in.

My mood swings and general mental health has been so shit especially this past year. I feel like I’m on the verge of going into psychosis at least once a week. I am not okay but I am so high functioning and withdraw whenever I’m crashing out so everyone thinks I’m perfectly fine.

i’m still in a weird place idk if i’m relapsing or still semi trying to recover, but why do i only feel okay to eat when i’m around those i love? i don’t feel as guilty and almost feel like i have full permission to eat. even if i’m the only one eating it makes me feel better
