@newlook Please make sure that all your staff are trained on your return policy.. my mother in law purchased PJs,was advised no problem for an exchange without the receipt. Not the case! Tried two New Look stores today both refused an exchange! Not happy 😡

@newlook HM588963919 re: this order, I sent this 2days ago to you!!! the items were left in the rain in my garden & no note to tell me this, items were wet, one of the black jackets is covered in glitter so again unwearable. Very disappointing. Please supply a pre paid label asap
