@amazon I did but it was pending at the time so they couldn’t do anything, we both though Amazon would sort it as I cause it within hours. Changed my password, also deleted the card it was taken from and removed it from my account. Ps I only messaged on here nothing done after calls

@amazon someone hacked into my account and bought an e-gift card. Sent it to themself. I’ve called 4 times and need told fraud would contact me and refund would be processed. Nothing has happened. Do you not take theft seriously?

@NicolaSturgeon fully support you so far. But all the “support” available has too many gaps. Beauty salon, 2 staff getting full pay. Owner cannot take a wage due to restrictions on what can be carried out and close to closure. How is this fair for the owner who has all the risk.
