@AirCanada Just know received an email that AC9353 from Delhi, Indira Gandhi Intl (DEL) to Frankfurt, Frankfurt Intl (FRA) on August 16, 2020 has been cancelled. May I know the reason for this last minute cancellation?

@nirchaudhary @lufthansa Even they removed the immediate member subclause today. I am not sure what is going on.

@TravelGoC @CanadainIndia My husband and I both are COPR holder and my daughter is Canadian citizen.We are planning to travel on 16th Aug. from Delhi to Toronto via Frankfurt but Lufthansa airline is not confirming whether I am allowed to travel or not accompanying my daughter ? Please advise.

@airindiain @airindiain Can I book Lufthansa from Delhi to Toronto via Frankfurt for 28th Aug? Also, Air india always show tickets are sold out even when you login at the moment when ticket bookings are open. How we can book tickets?

Worst customer experience with @SkipTheDishes , restaurant is closed and you still taking the orders , instead of reaching out to customer in next 5-10 min , you end up not caring about customer , I don’t know how will you survive in a competition with @DoorDash and @UberEats

I was hoping an automated system looks like @SkipTheDishes are still working with excel or notepad in dealing with restaurants , most important their on-support have no clue how to deal with loyal customer but not anymore #CustomerExperience #worst
