Is this 21st century banking, is this is an expected service level. All regional raipur branch phone displayed at branch left un-answered. Request you to kindly look into it. Bank can't simply says this is not their fault. System should be designed with sufficient failover. #2
Dear Sir, @DasShaktikanta , @arunjaitley , Bank of Maharastra, Bilaspur (C.G.) branch has communication link, since yesterday. No withdrawal and no deposit to account. Many poor ppl coming from far remote area returned with no visibility when links will be restored. # 1
