@firstbsa Although, given that I was told that I won't be informed of the outcome of the complaint, or contacted further about it, I wonder why he even bothered to give me a case reference number anyway?

@FirstBSA That's the reference I was given. CC24001974. Perhaps there should only be one C at the start?

@FirstBSA I would be interested in the first instance to know on what grounds Firstbus claim that GDPR prevents them divulging the outcome of a complaint? Frankly, this utter nonsense.

I have witnesses but their details weren't taken, and I was told that there was no-one else I could speak to to escalate the matter.

When I spoke to your complaints department on the telephone this morning, I was told that the driver would be 'called into a meeting', but that no further feedback would be given on the outcome, 'due to GDPR'.

Singapore is at the forefront of disability inclusion. People like Naga with intellectual disabilities should not be executed. @VivianBala, will you please uphold Singapore’s reputation and spare Naga’s life? #SaveNagaenthran

@AndyRoo79 @KwasiKwarteng @vaillantuk Nonsense. They're a tried and tested technology that's been used successfully in many countries, including Scandinavian countries, for decades. I previously installed a GSHP in a refurbished C17th cottage, and it worked fantastically.

To @BorisJohnson, Since 2017, British father Anoosheh has been unjustly imprisoned in Iran. His wife in the UK describes his plight as “nothing short of hell’. We're urging YOU to meet with his family ahead of the 4th anniversary of his arrest. #FreeAnoosheh @10DowningStreet

@Digbylj Perhaps you'd like to also critique Shakespeare's failure to pronounce his 'k's? But he's way ahead of you - viz the foolish pedant, Holofernes, in Love's Labour Lost, ripping on people for not pronouncing the 'b' in debt. Your parents wasted their money on your private school.

@JudyMurray Piers Morgan should do the world a favour, and just avoid commenting. Ever. On anything. But he's determined to make the story about him, instead of about a woman a third his age, who's already accomplished more than he ever will.

@RockRt66 @DavidBegnaud @CBSNews @CBS_Herridge True. Nonetheless, I think his defence lawyer might be well advised to suggest a plea bargain, as the case for the defence has one or two holes in it.
