you are a product of your thoughts. if you have small goals, you will have small results. if you don't believe you're capable, you won't be capable. if you have delusional confidence in your abilities and back it up with extreme action, you will ultimately see your dream results.
if you keep looking at the bottom right corner of your screen,
you’ll eventually realize the year is almost over
and maybe you didn’t make as much progress as you thought you would
you probably messed up something this year that you promised yourself you wouldn’t do again
seedance 2.5 messes up too
the difference is i got tired of watching a 30 second generation look perfect for the first 15 seconds, then suddenly duplicate a character, change their face, or hallucinate something completely random
my generation process was basically:
1. read the ad script
2. send the script to chatgpt
3. ask for the scene prompt
4. paste it into seedance 2.5
5. generate
this is a very simplified version because i have a whole onboarding process for every ad, but that’s another post
the annoying part came after generation
i’d wait several minutes, get the output back, and somewhere inside those 30 seconds something would be wrong
which is normal
these models fail
what wasn’t normal was how much time i was wasting explaining the failure back to chatgpt
“at second 17 the character changes”
“after this frame there are suddenly two people”
“the movement is correct until this point”
watch the video
switch tabs
explain the timestamp
go back
rewrite the explanation
repeat
so i built a small tool with chatgpt called PromptPatch
call it whatever you want
the workflow is simple
1. i upload the broken mp4 generated by seedance
2. paste the original prompt that produced it
3. then i watch the video normally
4. whenever something goes wrong, i pause
5. i can draw directly over the frame and leave a comment explaining what should change
6. that comment stays attached to the exact timestamp
7. then i keep watching and repeat the process until i’ve marked everything that went wrong
8. when i’m done, i click generate prompt v2
PromptPatch takes the original prompt, the timestamps, my comments and the visual annotations, then gives me a revised prompt with context about exactly where the generation failed and what needs to change
i paste that back into seedance and generate again
that’s it
it’s not some huge invention
it’s actually pretty simple
but removing the constant tab switching and having the feedback attached directly to the failed frame saved me enough time that i had to write about it
thanks for reading this far ˆˆ
AI Video models keep mispronouncing a word?
don't just rewrite the prompt
add a pronunciation guide
for example:
word: Higgsfield
pronounce it like: HIGZ-feeld
or use IPA: /ˈhɪɡz.fiːld/
small detail, but it can save a surprising amount of failed generations
abolish ai safety.

You need to be delusional if you want to be successful because your goals shape what you perceive. You won't notice the rare opportunity or life path if your goal isn't so big that others think you are crazy.
