Broja will be a great CF if someone works with him on traditional CF play in the box and around it but no one seems to get it and it means he will likely stay as what he is now and never make the jump. He'll not translate to the top level if he leans on his strengths alone.

Broja's strengths are all suited to a transition heavy side but someone needs to see his potential, either at Chelsea or some other club that can get him, and work hard with him over 2 years to develop his game outside the box as a targetman and inside it as a poacher.
You can never be an elite CF if you are not comfortable with your back to play, combination play and elite nous (movement/positioning) inside the box. Southampton will not help him do that. He needs to go to a side where he can be employed and developed as a targetman.
Broja has all of the raw material it takes to be a great striker but no one recognizes the fact that him in transition is him in his natural element and there's a whole side to his game that's very underdeveloped and it is exactly that side that's important.
No, Arsenal should not get him, he is a proper project and we have enough projects of our own. Brighton should get him. Maybe Leeds. Anywhere where he'll have to rely less on his qualities in transition and actually do some proper CF play.
@nonewthing Yep, very hard to find clips (Vitesse or Southampton) of him where he gets in target positions. Either the clips where does do it are bad or he avoids those situations.
