Big Pharma doesn’t want you to know about this trio: 1) 1000mg Citrus Bergamot 2) 100mg Ubiquinol 3) 500mg Berberine Why? They make statins USELESS They powerfully reduce high cholesterol & reduce cardiovascular disease risk And will directly improve your cholesterol & metabolic markers: - LDL - HDL - apoB - Triglycerides - Blood Glucose The truth about statins: - Toxic to liver & gut - Muscle weakness in a pill - Recipe for HEART FAILURE Luckily, this stack blows statins out of the water: 1) LOWERS LDL OXIDATION Citrus Bergamot is proven to lower LDL oxidation (oxidative damage to LDL particles) Ubiquinol does this too This is because they both have potent antioxidant properties LDL oxidation is what people need to be worried about when considering atherosclerosis risk 2) PREVENTS COQ10 DEFICIENCY Statins inhibit CoQ10 production CoQ10 deficiency = heart failure & other problems CoQ10 is an essential nutrient for optimal mitochondrial energy production ESPECIALLY in the heart… Taking Ubiquinol (active form of CoQ10) is mandatory with statins & Citrus Bergamot I recommend it regardless as it’s probably the most powerful cardioprotective supplement you can take 100mg minimum daily 200mg+ if you are at a higher risk 3) ENHANCES LDL UPTAKE Berberine can vastly enhance LDL uptake from the blood First, it’s been shown to stabilize & enhance LDL receptor gene expression Second, it’s a known PCSK9 inhibitor PCSK9 reduces LDL receptor availability via lysosomal degradation Berberine prevents this (Citrus Bergamot also does to an extent) On top of enhancing LDL clearance, Berberine also: - Lowers intestinal cholesterol absorption (by downregulating ACAT2) - Enhances cholesterol elimination via its conversion into bile acids - Activates AMPK which lowers cholesterol synthesis Highly recommend this trio
Make sure you do bloodwork before & after starting You should ideally be doing a lipid panel with ApoB & Lp(a) like the one below ApoB & Lp(a) are not usually tested but are EXTREMELY important when evaluating cardiovascular risk labifyhealth.com/products/copy-…
@nootropicguy Berberine is ridiculously expensive and consequently inaccessible to most of us mere mortals?
@nootropicguy How should you cycle this? Can this stack be used every day?
@nootropicguy I tried ubiquinol but it made me sleepy. No such reaction to taking the regular COQ10. Would COQ10 be an acceptable substitute?
