I spent 12 years treating my body like crap. Eating bags of Doritos and downing junk food & beer like I’d never be able to eat a cookie again. Nobody said a dang word, not 1. 15 months of consistency later, I turn down drinks & bar burgers and now I’m “taking it too far” 😂😂
Sadly when you make healthier choices and upgrade it makes certain people around you feel bad about their choices because they want to do it as well but aren’t ready to change. Those aren’t your people. The people that love you and support you will cheer you on and want you to get healthy and stay healthy because they are on the same path!
@northwoodsdad Same here! And they actually encourage us when we eat like shit to eat more of it, but act like it's a challenge to knock us off the wagon when we're trying to eat and drink healthy!

@northwoodsdad Yes! People don’t want you to show self control, it makes them feel guilty. We all know what we’ve been eating isn’t good for us.
