Movement is “perfect” when…you allow it to be what it is
All emotions are welcome when you’re be.coming!
Movement is SO MUCH MORE than just the physical... It’s emotional, it’s spiritual, and it’s a powerful way to connect to and release our emotions.
BREAKING NEWS: it’s okay to work out and not break a sweat
This week, we encourage you to embrace where you’re at every day, throw labels out the window, and do what’s right for *you* and your body.
Part of body neutrality involves surrendering; letting go of the ideals about what our body should be, while trusting that our body is incredibly wise.
If your body isn’t feeling movement today, don’t sweat it — listen to what your body needs and it will guide you toward what feels good.
Body neutrality is NOT never thinking about your body – it IS acknowledging our thoughts and reframing them to be respectful.
It’s never too late to unlearn the things that we’ve been taught about our bodies.
Even if you don’t feel like you’re doing great, you are. you know why? BECAUSE YOU’RE DOING IT! It’s okay to give yourself credit for simply showing up.
