Plan, build, fail, adjust, suffer and conquer. ✨

Just because someone is struggling mentally or physically doesn’t mean they lack faith. Faith doesn’t make us immune to suffering, and seeking professional help doesn’t make our faith any weaker. Well said, Kuya Kim!

Dear son, lock in.

Being a victim is one thing; constantly playing the victim is another.

healing starts when blaming ends 🪞✨

The more I listened to Romnick Sarmenta talk about titles, positions, and success, the more I understood why I find that kind of mindset so attractive. It’s the way he thinks. Not being overly impressed by titles. Not measuring a person solely by their position. Understanding that success means something different when you’ve actually lived enough to have perspective. Idk, but men who can make you stop and think because of the way they see life? TOP TIER □🤌🏻

When another country issues a threat against our country, it must be taken seriously. Dialogue alone will not resolve it; we need more than words — we need decisive action. Not every problem can be solved through discussion.

‘LOSING IS NOT FAILURE’ LOOK: Filipino pole vault champion EJ Obiena shared his perspective on winning and losing in sports, highlighting how setbacks are part of every athlete’s journey, on a social media post today, Oct. 19. “A bad competition, a losing streak, even a difficult season: sooner or later every athlete faces them. Perfection can be the objective, but nobody wins everything,” the athlete wrote. Obiena’s statement comes amid discussions on social media about Filipina tennis star Alex Eala’s recent string of early exits in competitions. Visit gmanetwork.com/news for more updates.

In the midst of conflicts, we will know where these public servants stand and who they truly serve — themselves, the elites/businesses, or the people.

Being silent or having no comment on the issue already shows where you stand.

If you declare yourself pro-Philippines but have deep connections and recent meetings with officials of the conflicting country, you should explain yourself to the public. Transparency is part of your duty.

In general, as a matter of principle: When a politician is deeply rooted in another country due to bloodline, and a conflict arises between that country and the Philippines, that person must stand firmly with the PH. That is the moral and ethical obligation of a public servant.
