@buggirl The IUD insertion is definitely not great, and I felt like a knife was dragging along the inside of my abdomen, but I also haven’t had issues with it since 😀💀 not looking forward to getting it changed though. It’s gotta feel better than birth! 🥴

someone blaming you or trying to make you feel guilty for their own behaviour is manipulation. if you try to address behaviour that is hurting or upsetting you and somehow you become the issue, you’re dealing with someone who’s unable to take feedback without feeling attacked.
