@VivintHome are crooks. They have had me on the phone for over an hour and trying to explain why they are trying to charge me money on monitoring for service I haven’t had in over two years.

@SouthwestAir Your flight 5079 has NO working WiFi. Almost 4 hours with a kid with nothing to watch now. First a delayed flight. Now this. Thanks a lot. 😡

@FedEx @FedExHelp I just want to say that the driver today was pure trash. This is how my package was delivered today. Not at my door. Not even in the driveway or inside of this mailbox. DROPPED on the street. #unacceptable

@VivintHome …and he just mentioned that I could have been offered a buyout promise and had my contract forgiven. But of course that wasn’t mentioned until after I signed.

@VivintHome has a current deal on their website that they are currently REFUSING to honor. Talk about horrible customer service. The offer details says it expires on 7/17/21. Please don’t ask me to refer anyone because you can keep your referral code. Trash

@VivintHome And when I asked why was being charged an ‘installation fee’ of $199 he said it was a finance fee. BUT THAT’S NOT what the contract says!!! I think this company has deceptive practices. I would like to speak to someone to talk about canceling altogether.

@VivintHome I’m also not happy with the request to sign contract virtually but contract has Incorrect info & he keeps saying ‘don’t worry about it’. His explanation is insufficient and also why I can’t be on a shorter than 60m contract. I’ve been with vivint (in 3 dif states) since 2016

@zazamemorial Staying here in two rooms Wed-Mon. Staff is great/nice rooms/dog friendly. However, housekeeping left door of one of our rooms slightly ajar. Highly frustrating as we are in the middle of a move, so we have some high value items with us that could have been stolen.

@HobbyLobby I placed an order on 4/6. Shows shipped on 4/7. Haven’t received. Called 800 # and states not taking calls. Have sent two emails on two separate days and still no reply. Seriously??
