Btw I am back limited, after my son died and a botched surgery that gave me a GI bleed I was unaware of, I had 3 heart attacks and my organs have all suffered... praying they can heal, not out of the realm of possibilities. Sitting in rehab after 2 months in hospital.

@614clinton a quality gun that fits your hand perfectly is all that matters. I have a Glock that I love for this, but my favorite handgun I have ever owned is Springfield Armory 1911, of course it was completely customized with all new mechanicals.

@LuckyMcGee I am good. but the north bend and upper coastal people need all the heart and prayers they can get... Ian went directly over me last year... I had a full house of ppl evacuated or lost homes I helped as I had a generator and water.. this year even luckier.

@JKash000 as a frequent user of zillow. it is mostly info that is recorded on public record. "sales" can show up from reported assessors, refinance, property record updates, etc. it is all in how their program reads it. I have had properties that did the same thing, though it was not true
