@DoctorChrisVT Too right - it’s who you know not what you know. It’s a shambolic system. So much could have been done by passionate, independent dietitians & registered public health nutritionists & professionals who really care.

@ramesh_bhogi @lufthansa @lufthansa_DE @lufthansa_USA I sympathise - they are shambolic to deal with and I will never fly with them again. They cancelled my flight ticket that I did not request - had to buy another at an exorbitant cost as flying in a few weeks time. No feedback ID issued & this is my problem! Nobody cares

@Coastal_AVE @lufthansa Good luck with Lufthansa customer service- they are a shambolic company who have no standard operating procedures to handle customer requests and complaints adequately. Call handlers are not trained and they do not respond to. Go to X

@Steve_NHS @lufthansa I have had nothing but incompetence from customer relations. They need to look at their internal processes and produce SOP’s and train their call handlers in them. Feedback ID is essential. I was never given this despite numerous emails to their department. Whose fault is it?

@stgoldmann @lufthansa Hope it wasn’t ruined. My celebration trip to Vienna had also been ruined by their negligence. Unable to read emails despite being told to send them to their customer relations. Use X and Bob will respond immediately

@pvanhavere @lufthansa I hear you - I think the company is evasive and nobody is listening to the customers. Jens Ritter needs to seriously look at the handling of customers requests and f/u of complaints. No SOP’s

@lufthansa @CidSnow Wish I’d known to reach out to you on 22 May 2024, Bob with my request to cancel only 1 ticket for my unwell partner. No emails read or responded to correctly with Feedback ID. So what is the point of ringing your call centre to be given the email for customer relations? No SOP

@CidSnow @lufthansa Lufthansa are evasive and refer you to Feedback ID but they don’t reply with it when send them emails! Their standard reply is a link to a form on their website. NO FEEDBACK ID. When I complete form they cancel my whole booking not 1 ticket as requested in my emails. Charlatans

@_austrian @JensRitter_JR @eurowings Hi Mia thanks for the swift reply. I have contacted Lufthansa and I have not received a reply by a person. I have had to reserve another seat - they cannot retrieve the original. It is their mistake but it has cost me dearly. Very upset

@_austrian @JensRitter_JR @eurowings Lufthansa has been incompetent in my request which cost me a lot. Booking was OBBHBK in 2023 for 2 persons. I had to cancel my husband’s ticket for illness. 6 calls & emails later rec’d a link to website but system cancelled both. Not my mistake as I put his ticket nos & name in
