@emiratesSupport @emirates I am astonished by the incompetency in assisting just a rescheduling request by your customer support team in India. Mr. Rajesh took 25 minutes on the call just to say that he needs more time and will call me back! Unbelievably ridiculous service.
Very disappointed with the service from @UrbanLadder. Do not recommend their products and services to anyone. First they failed to deliver a cushion in a sofa set which didn’t pass their own quality check and now they are refusing to replace despite the mistake being on them!

Kindly clarify what document is meant here apart from the test result itself which will have the full name of the person tested which can be verified against the passport!
I will be traveling from Dubai to Bengaluru on 25th Feb. According to new protocols, there will be molecular test done at the airport. Is it the same as the DPI test? And, should we wait for the results before leaving airport? Appreciate your feedback in advance @BLRAirport
