#XLSX files can now be viewed and edited directly in the Documents App. The .xlsx file will be converted to an online editable spreadsheet and the original file will be kept intact. This feature is not available for .xls file, though. #odoo #spreadsheet #odoo16

"Pick up in store" option is now available on E-commerce as a Shipping method in #odoo16. Customers also get an option to "Pay at the Store" when picking the order. The Inventory User can easily identify if the order is to be picked up by the customer. #odoo #ecommerce

In #odoo16, you can now directly log the timesheet on an helpdesk ticket from the Timesheets App. Enable the timesheet configuration on the helpdesk team and the user will be able to select the ticket directly on the timesheet grid. #odoo #helpdesk #timesheet

In #odoo16, you get a feature to enable Credit limit at company/partner level. A warning message will be displayed on Quote or Invoice screen if the credit limit is crossed. #odoo #sales

In #odoo14, A user can enter a #timesheet using the keyboard. Alphabets are hinted against the project and a timer will start as soon the user starts recording a timesheet. The timer is continued even if the user leaves and page and navigates back to the timesheet screen. #odoo

In #Odoo14, BOM is now a non-mandatory field on MO. This enables a much-needed feature which is very useful for customers manufacturing customized products having flexible consumption. Users can add the products & quantities in runtime to be consumed in that Order. #Odoo

In #Odoo14, There is a new status called "In-Payment" on Invoices and Bills. When a user registers a payment against an Invoice they are moved to "In-Payment" state and marked as "Paid" only after the bank statement reconciliation. #Odoo #Payments

#Odoo14 has a new "My Activities" menu under CRM where the salesperson can easily see all the due, current and upcoming activities he has to perform all in one screen. It easily allows users to update them, send email/SMS, create new activities, or snooze them for 7 days. #Odoo
