Update: a child just vomited in front of me in the queue, likely from the heat. This is a serious safety issue and it's happening right now. Please send help to the queues immediately. @UniversalORL #epicuniverse

@UniversalORL Staff admitted the Dragon Racer's Rally queue fans have been broken for days. Two small floor fans for a packed line, people feeling sick. This needs a real fix today, not just "looking into it." 🎥 #EpicUniverse

@UniversalORL I reported this to staff @ the How to Train Your Dragon at #Epicuniverse and the only "solution" was ONE small portable floor fan for a huge covered queue. The ceiling fans r still OFF, it feels like a sauna& guests are getting sick. This is a safety issue.Pls act now

@UniversalORL Thanks, but guests are suffering right now. The Dragon Racer's Rally lead told me the queue fans have been broken for DAYS. 2 tiny floor fans for a packed line isn't a fix. Other queues have the same issue: full sun, no fans, people feeling sick. Please act today. #EpicUniverse

@UniversalORL Urgent: we're in the How to Train Your Dragon queue at Epic Universe right now. The fans are all OFF under the covered area and it feels like a sauna. People are starting to feel sick. Please send maintenance and staff ASAP.

@caiosenra Nossa, falou groselha DEMAIS!
