@CBCNews Last year Westjet denied our claims for accommodation expenses incurred due to their computer system problems. Entirely their fault. Both WJ and AC have become unreliable and don't seem to care that they have.

@GlobalNational And the monopoly of Air Canada and Westjet continues. The federal Govt has to step in and demand these two allow increased competition or they must repay subsidies given with interest.

@WestJet We were already denied compensation, whats the chance of this being different? We were even denied compensation for ground transportation between Toronto and Kitchener. Our flight was originally delayed cause of thunderstorms but they had cleared before cancelling. /c

This incredible family means a whole lot to me. If they could choose to Ireland instead of facing a serious cancer diagnosis they would certainly choose that instead. This isn’t customer service at all. @WestJet
