There are currently 131 films on Screen List. When it lauched on on the 23rd of May there were only 98 films. In the Month of June, I added 29 films.

When I lauched Screen List at the end of May, it had over 190 of artists' profiles. The number has since grown to 279. In June I added 79 profiles. UI wise it's far more easier to add a person than it is to add a film, something I am hoping to change.

With production and distribution companies, Screen List had approximately 35 of them at launch on 23rd of May. I added 16 in June alone. There generally aren't a lot of companies and the current strategy is to find a company, add its entire filmography and move to the next.

It is incredibly difficult to find information about South African films online. The information is fragmented and shortlived. Screen List seeks to fill in this gap in the South African film industry as a centralised information repository for the public. screenlist.co.za/content/about
