Not enough people are talking about this. The spam into new job openings is insane. Our numbers show a 10x increase in applicants for the same jobs we posted a year prior. We've abandoned most online platforms and rely almost entirely on referrals and people we meet in person.

One annoying thing with @DataCamp is, you need to follow exactly what being taught & practice it first, even tho it’s not effecient or the most used in real life. I’d defo use CTE instead in this case. Using @ChatGPT while studying helps a ton in finding other possibilities.

if you're looking for a job in crypto, just remember the most important thing to do is to follow the right person - do you trust this person? can they raise $? lead a team? make decisions & propagate them quickly? the 2nd priority is money only idiots follow title / prestige
