Very pathetic service from @zomato @zomatocare. Wrong order delivered and moreover not able to reach Zomato customer care. Not able to get full refund and delivery person has no idea what went wrong.

@careinsuranceIN Very Bad experience in claim settlement. It was rejected without any hard proof. I have all the supporting documents which can prove claim is valid. Following with team since last 4 months. But always same answer under review.
