9:16 vertical, ultra-realistic cinematic fashion shot. A young Japanese woman aged 20 or older is seated on an ivory sofa. At the beginning, she is reclining back against the sofa, with the back of her head touching the backrest. The camera is positioned directly above her in a close top-down angle, looking straight down. The framing stays tight on her face, shoulders, chest, arms, and upper abdomen. She has dark brown long hair, softly spread around her and flowing naturally behind her body. She wears a pale powder-blue bikini. Natural sunlight only, coming diagonally from above, creating clear highlights on her face, collarbones, and chest, with soft natural shadows. Tiny dust particles are faintly visible in the air, with a subtle lens flare. Photorealistic skin texture, elegant and refined mood, soft and natural movement.Action sequence:0–2 seconds: While still leaning back against the sofa, she gently keeps her upper arms close to her sides and slowly draws both elbows inward along the sides of her torso. Both forearms move inward at a low position beneath the chest, subtly gathering and slightly lifting the chest from below. The motion is delicate and natural. Her arms stay low and close to the body. She does not cross her arms high over the chest. She does not hug herself. Her hands do not touch the sofa at any time.2–3.5 seconds: After completing the chest-gathering motion, she slowly straightens her back and gently lifts her upper body a little more upright, while maintaining the same arm position near the lower chest and torso. The motion is smooth and controlled. As she rises, her long hair naturally slides softly along the sofa and settles behind her body. Her hands remain away from the sofa and stay near her torso.3.5–4 seconds: She tilts her face slightly downward and lowers her gaze to her chest for a brief moment, with a shy and natural expression.4–5 seconds: She slowly raises her face and eyes back up to the camera above her, then gives a soft, shy, slightly embarrassed smile. Her expression remains delicate and natural, not exaggerated. The camera remains completely fixed. No zoom, no pan, no angle change. The main focus is her face and upper body. Her movement should be subtle, graceful, and realistic. Her hair should move softly and naturally with the motion of her body, then settle gently behind her. No large body sway, no dramatic motion. Maintain a close, intimate top-down composition throughout.Important constraintsHer hands must never be placed on the sofa, seat, cushion, or backrest. Her palms must not support her body weight. Her arms remain close to the torso throughout the shot. The chest-gathering motion happens first, and the straightening of the back happens afterward.Negative PromptNo hands touching the sofa, no palms pressing on the seat, no arms extending backward, no body-weight support with the hands, no camera shake, no zoom, no pan, no angle change, no wide shot, no low angle, no side angle, no abrupt movement, no exaggerated body motion, no unnatural breast motion, no crossed arms over the chest, no self-hugging pose, no large X-shape arm pose, no twisted body, no messy hair, no strong wind, no exaggerated smile, no cartoon style, no artificial skin texture, no warped anatomy, no deformed hands, no extra fingers, no flickering, no face distortion, no outfit change, no background change.
