マルチョウを買ってきて簡単もつ鍋。丁寧に洗って酒と水で煮立て、創味上湯と塩、ダシダ、生姜に大量のにんにくとざくざく切ったキャベツを入れて煮込む。味を整えてニラをのせてしんなりさせたら完成。適当に作ったけどこれ定番になりそう。 #ありのままの今夜のおつまみ #簡単おつまみ

キングオブおつまみはやっぱり唐揚げ。 #飯島奈美 さんの梅酢唐揚げも大好きだけど家族からのリクエストが多いのはど定番のにんにく醤油。にんにくは三倍、下味前におろし玉ねぎと酒、必ず二度揚げ、が我が家の三原則。 #ありのままの今夜のおつまみ
大量に買った島らっきょうを連日つまむ。ついでに茎がもったいないので軽く茹でてからごま油と塩と顆粒鶏がらスープの素をあわせてナムルに。おいしいのでこれからは茎も大事にしよう。 #ありのままの今夜のおつまみ
旅行疲れでやる気の出ない金曜日は簡単で満足度の高い麻婆豆腐と湯引きレタス。塩ひとつまみとごま油を加えたお湯でさっと湯がいたレタスにオイスターソースと醤油を適当にまぜたものをまわしかける。レタス1玉ぺろり。 #ありのままの今夜のおつまみ
離島旅行から帰ってくたくたの晩ごはんは神戸牛に頼って5分でありつけるすき焼き。手抜きしたいときは高級素材に限る。おつまみに島らっきょうを塩もみを鰹節と和えて。下処理が雑だと辛味は残るけど充分イケる。#ありのままの今夜のおつまみ
ネットで見かけたレシピより。適当に切ったニラ一把をザルにあけて熱湯をゆっくりかけてから水気を絞り、めんつゆをたらして卵黄をのせてぐしゃぐしゃ食べる。これ何把でもいけちゃう。辛党は味変に一味をパラパラ。左端のは沢庵。 #ありのままの今夜のおつまみ
