@AerLingus That's not correct, I spoke to my booking agent yesterday and also one of your own agents called Tracey, both of whom could not book a seat!

@AerLingus The agent @ebookers said that the airline should do it, and their system lets you do that online, so far not a great start to a dream trip!

@AerLingus We can't access the system! Your agent should have booked it! We don't know what plane it is so can't tell you which seat is which?

@AerLingus Now at airport with no hope of exit seats, excuses have included, you could do it 48 hours in advance, but all emails say 12 hours!

@AerLingus We tried to online but your system wouldn't let us, now phone customer service and in person booking at airport all dodging responsibility!
