Wow - just did a quick search on "panic attacks" in twitter - didn't realize there are so many people who've been through the same as me!
Also - what symptoms do you experience? For me it was hyperventilating... so much so I couldn't talk! Glad that's all in the past!
Question for you all: what situations do you find bring on your panic attacks? For me it was presenting to large groups of people.
Trying to find people who have been through the same as me. I used to suffer from panic attacks, but I have them under control now
