Self leadership is about your ability to lead yourself, innovate, find solutions to your problem and motivate yourself. As a trader if you do not have it you are not going to make it. This is a demanding field which quickly weeds out traders with poor self leadership skills.

$AERC - Closing the day b/e, I broke the rules on AERC and randomly covered, only to see it crack lower a few minutes later $NINE - It was way too choppy and I ended just taking it off for a tiny winner.
