Parys Parkrun start tomorrow 28 April 8am at Grewar Ave and end of Noorder St by the turn style gate. Marshall will redirect people going to Mimosa. 3 lap course. Change due to Bikers Rally at Mimosa.

What a beautiful morning at Parys parkrun. It was one filled with celebrations. Young Wium ran his 50th pakrun today. He is 7 years old (turning 8 in June). Congratulations to him on reaching this significant parkrun milestone.

DID YOU KNOW? Since 1 Jan 2018, we have had 7 Parys parkruns with over 100 participants. That's 7 out of 14 events! (we had 13 events with over 100 participants in the whole of 2017 and only 5 events in 2016).... facebook.com/parysparkrun/p…
