The steak in my Chipotle was like 75% pieces of fat. Some might be turned off by that but I don’t care, those were little nuggets of heaven ten out of ten tasty

So at least I feel pretty awesome physically right now. I go back to work Tuesday, it will be weird but I’m sure it’ll just be another good way to stay active/social. Not sure what to do from here on out. But my head’s above water. Love ya, stay up, you’re stronger than this life

I’ve been alcohol free for 1 month as of yesterday, California sober, and planning on keeping it up for good. I’ve also, apparently, been processing grief through exercise. Biking 12 miles a day, lifting weights, disc golf, just to stay positive + keep my mind clear and occupied.

I tend to steer clear of personal life stuff on here, cause nobody sees it or gives a shit anyway, but thought I’d give an update. 3 weeks ago, Kara, my best friend and fiancé, passed away. It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever dealt with, by FAR, I miss her so much every single day.
