Now, I'm left in a predicament. I've made a payment, it's been debited from my account, but it's not showing up on the app. So, Mr. @CRED_club @kunalb11 what's your take on this delightful situation?

By 5 pm, still no call back. I received an email claiming they had been trying to reach me, but apparently, I was unresponsive. I replied stating I was available on my phone, only to receive another email accusing me of blocking their number. How absurd!

After recharging around 2 pm, I checked my fast tag to see if the amount had been reflected. To my dismay, it hadn't. I tried refreshing the app as suggested, but to no avail. I then attempted to contact customer service through the app, only to be told to request a call back.

Today, I decided to do a quick tag recharge for Rs 2000 using the Cred app. It's my go-to app for all my financial needs, and up until now, I've been quite pleased with their services. I've even been spreading the word about them. But then came the ordeal.
