I think if every software engineer had to plan a few weddings it would dramatically improve delivery across the board. Long timelines, lots of potential complexities, conflict resolution… Its basically all the hard parts of software development.

Before we go to overkill with "Black history month," can we talk about white American history for a second? Some white folk intentionally erase stuff like this from US history books. Other white folk don't agree with the erasure, but just let the harm to Black folk happen. Why?
