During contest prep, you're hungry, tired, depleted, and weak.
During the offseason, you're bloated, overstuffed with food, lethargic, and beat up from lifting hard.
Progress has a price. Are you willing to pay it?
As we age, the body gradually produces less of the lactase enzyme needed to digest lactose. Thatās why many dairy products can cause bloating and digestive discomfort.
Too much dairy can slow down your progressāespecially in the offseasonāsince those issues can linger for hoursā¦

Elite powerlifters are some of the biggest and strongest MFers in the world.
I ask you, how often do they train to failure?
What do they do? They train progressively. They periodize their training. Their training is highly specialized.
If youāre overweight and have a significant amount of fat to lose, one long diet phase often isnāt enough. Ideally, you donāt want to extend a fat loss phase beyond 16ā20 weeks.
A smart approach is to commit to a cut of up to 20 weeks, then gradually increase carbs over the nextā¦
Well YouTube just admitted to being pressured into censoring and banning channels based on government pressure. They are now offering to reinstate channels banned in the last several years. Not like we didnāt know this was going on, but what the actual fuck.
