Protein isnāt just for muscles ā itās the foundation of almost everything in your body. From skin, hair, connective tissue and even your immune system, protein is everywhere. Thatās why mixing up your protein sources is key. A variety ensures youāre getting a complete amino acidā¦
Losing fat and losing weight are not the same thing.
Remove carbs from your diet, and you will quickly lose weight from glycogen depletion.
Lower protein, and you will lose muscle.
Calories matter for weight loss, while macronutrients drive body composition.
The single best way to come out of a cut is to increase your food but by keeping it very clean; essentially you would be eating meat and rice! Even if you feel an uncontrollable hunger after a hard cut, you'll first get tired of eating clean food before you get fat.

Having a bad ass physique is way cooler than a motorcycle or sports car. Invest your time, money and effort there.
People treat you differently. You command more respect and admiration.
Being in shape will pay you back way more than any car will.

Training in bodybuilding is flexible as it should tend to evolve over time.
Initially, and especially if you're a younger guy, you should strive to get progressively stronger as you build muscle while always having proper form.

Never sacrifice sleep for the sake of doing fasted cardio.
Getting an extra hour of sleep is more important than waking up early to do cardio.
If you are up early, go for it. If not, sleep and do it later. Donāt force it.
Yohimbine has become a staple in everyone's stack during a cut phase but it has it's downsides. From my experience, around 50% of people can't even come close to yohimbine because it will make them feel horrible.

Yet, they live 7 years longer on average, and have a 4% obesity rate vs. Americaās 40%.

Getting bigger solves a lot of problems in bodybuilding.
Have a lagging body part. Get bigger.
Need a faster metabolism. Get bigger.
Have poor structure. Get bigger.
Not placing well. Get bigger.
Often the biggest guys win shows.
