@IR_CRB Honerable sir,We direct recurited SSE (BTech Engineers) still have not get any justice .Again classified in Group C since 30 yrs. As per NC JCM item SSE should be classified as Group B gazzeted status with carrier progression upto SAG to strengthen Techanical structure.

@Central_Railway बहुत खूब रेलमंत्री @AshwiniVaishnaw जी 😷 आप बात करते हो, कि रेलवे के GM को खुद वेल्डिंग करनी चाहिए यहां तो रेलवे के कई जूनियर टाइम स्केल के अधिकारी तक भी अलमारी से फाइल निकालने और उनके लेटर का ड्राफ्ट तैयार करने तक के लिए अलग से एक डिग्री होल्डर ग्रुप सी इंजीनियर रखते हैं
हमें colonial mindset की चीजों को निकालना होगा। जिस दिन General Manager खुद welding करने लगेंगे उस दिन लगेगा रेलवे में सही मायने में परिवर्तन आया है।
