Whew! Another day of hard work outside! I dug trenches to plant potatoes and then planted garlic. I also hauled dirt, sand, and wood preparing a special area for my chickens to play in. My two favorite types of physical activity are gardening and going for walks.

My activity for the day was yard work! I moved my compost (that's what is behind me) to my gardens. Lots of hard work but it's great physical activity!

Good morning all my friends! I hope you are doing well and staying active while we are away from each other! I did a 20 minute workout this morning using the Pelton app which is free for 90 days!While I did my workout I have bread rising and will be making fresh baked bread today

Another day, another enjoyable walk in nature! Stay active friends!

Did my first ever Pelton workout and I was impressed! It was a fast 10 minutes and the workout moves very quickly. I liked in the app that you can filter by type of workout and even type of music. Check this out as a family!

Another exercise platform providing free services. Download the app for classes. Check with your care giver before downloading and picking a class. There is yoga, strength training, meditation, and even walking classes on the app.

It's been almost a year since this fluff ball followed Ms. Brady and I home from a walk.

It may not look very interesting in this photo but I happened upon this magical lil spot while out walking some state land by my house. I enjoyed sitting on the hillside, soaking in the sun, and breathing that fresh air. Another 60 minutes of physical activity enjoyed outside!

Another day, another 60 minutes of activity OUTSIDE! Ms. Brady and I went to a different spot on state land for our walk today. We saw a lake, and some neat trees that had fallen over. What did you do today to stay active?
