Tested: Claude Opus 4.6, DeepSeek V4, Codex GPT, GLM 5.1, Qwen, Kimi, MiniMax
My take: Codex made the most interesting clock so far. Qwen 3.5 still feels a bit behind, but Chinese models are closing the gap with the world’s top-tier models very quickly.

Built a small library called Nano Scan for adding QR and barcode scanning to the web.
It works right in the browser, feels fast, and makes things like zoom, low-light scanning, and repeated scans much smoother than I expected.
