This morning, woke up to rain and news of turmoil at Ortho Hosp Sg Buloh. Everyone is getting transfered out BUT the Head Of Dept gets to stay put?!?! Which part of ‘Sex Predator Deserve To Be In Jail’ did the Ministry of Health did not understand???
Finally read the anti LGBT open letter thingy by the doctor. Easy for someone to be a doctor but to be one with true compassion, no judgement & not letting personal opinion affect their work, that is the missing piece to be a really good & kind doctor.

If you can run the whole marathon, do it. If you can't then alternate run and walk. It's easier to have a comfy average pace throughout (zone3) rather than blast off too fast, too soon at the 1st half, and falter badly at the end. Having more long runs will condition you better
