@azuresupport #azhelp: Could you paste the guide here and/or fix the download ?

@AXS_UK Hi I had a nightmare with your tech over the past couple for days trying 50000 times (and failing) to buy some Taylor Swift tickets using the link you emailed me. I've sent you an email about it, but I've followed you so hopefully you can reply and help me.

@Nova_wrenley Hi Nova - I'm interested - what date ?

@1Amberlamba Hi amber - interested

@AXS_UK Hi I couldn't get to the ticket purchasing section today for Taylor Swift tickets - I was able to reach it yesterday. I kept getting a CORS error in my browser - I tried on mac, windows, phone - different browsers on each. I emailed you details. Is there a way you can assist ?

@levrua1 @DAZNBoxing_Help Lol - yes I agree - no-one would (purposely) pay £120 for a fight on telly....

@DAZNBoxing_Help Can you help me? I signed up on 1st April to watch the Anthony Joshua fight, but DAZN have continued to charge me £9.99 every month since then. I cancelled my account as soon as the fight finished to avoid this but I'm still being charged

@levrua1 @DAZNBoxing_Help Oh that's interesting... were your bank OK with that ? My bank said I'd have to cancel my card and change all my direct debits to do that - did your bank just agree to cancel the debits?

@levrua1 @DAZNBoxing_Help I've got advice on the matter and have been told to send a complaint letter to their HQ at Hanover House, Plane Tree Crescent, Feltham, United Kingdom, TW137BZ describing the problem and giving DAZN 14 days to respond & fix it. Next steps are (prob) small claims court for damages

@levrua1 @DAZNBoxing_Help I've emailed [email protected] several times and they reply but say I can't cancel an annual subscription until it expires (12 months x £9.99). They acknowledge I signed up accidentally, but they won't do anything about it.

@DAZNBoxing I signed up to your service to watch JUST the AJ fight on 1st April and cancelled my subscription the same night. You're continuing to charge me for the service though I'm not using it, only signed up to watch one fight and I've asked you several times to stop.

@HowlerCo The last time I ventured out in a storm Our Earth had already started to warm Then Ukraine sparked some nukes Which caused billions to puke And after that no more children were born I'm staying in next time...
