Hey @MapQuest -- I had to create a MapQuest account for like 15 minutes to see if you supported an import workflow for points of interest. You don't, so I'm deleting my account. Why do you make it so hard? It should be as simple as "click the delete button" with a confirmation.

Hey @TMobile -- when I convert my now-adult kid from "standard user" to "authorized user", I see the message "Reassign this phone .. to the new authorized user's T-Mobile profile and remove it from..previous..profile." I'm adding abilities, not deleting their account!
